About YOUNG CAPITAL
YoungCapital is a recruitment agency that specializes in connecting young professionals, including students and recent graduates, with job opportunities. The company focuses on providing temporary, part-time, and full-time positions across various industries, aiming to help young talent gain valuable work experience and develop their careers.
WHAT I DID
I was responsible for devising and executing video concepts for internal and external communication. These were “Working At” movies, tenders and video’s for social media campaigns. My duties included drawing up video concepts based on the wishes and input of the client, all activities related to the shooting day and editing the videos in post-production.
"Working At Bouwmaat"
“‘Working At” video that aims to excite young job seekers about working for the construction company Bouwmaat. In the video, we follow three employees and showcase their daily tasks. As the director, I wanted to incorporate the raw style of YoungCapital, with the cameraman shooting handheld and close to the subjects. The main characters are interspersed with brief shots of typical construction company activities. I handled the concept, direction, and post-production myself. The cameraman was Jan Persoon.
What The Faq?!
A mini-series in which YoungCapital employees answer questions about job applications, contract negotiations, and other work-related topics in short, lighthearted videos. With snappy editing and colorful visuals, we aimed to engage the young audience. Additionally, the videos were intended to improve SEO performance on YouTube and Google. The videos were also used on social channels such as TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram. I collaborated with the creative team on the concept, operated the camera during the shoot, and handled all post-production. The animations were done by YoungCapital's marketing team.
About FUNK-e
Funk-e Animations is a young company that creates explainer animations for businesses and government institutions. Complex topics are transformed into 'easy to understand' stories by a team of creatives.
WHAT I DID
I was a copywriter/project manager. This meant that during sessions with clients, I would write a script for their animation within 3 hours and then oversee the entire creative process, from concept approval to post-production.

About Erikssonrides.cc
Erikssonrides.cc is my own YouTube channel where I create vlogs about everything related to cycling. This includes tutorials and reports from cycling events. With this channel, I aim to engage and inspire amateur cyclists.
WHAT I Do
For my vlogs, I film everything myself. I use a simple Sony vlog camera, a GoPro while cycling, and occasionally create content with my DJI Mavic Mini drone. I also manage other social media channels.
Vlog of my participation in ‘La Marmotte,’ a 180 km Gran Fondo in France.
My first gravel ride in Hilversum with two of my cycling friends. Enjoying shooting content and playing with the drone.
